IL-2 Sturmovik Birds of Prey- pretty good, with different theatres of operations.

Battlestations Pacific- good all around action, with flying, but it is somewhat like the arcade games

Ace Combat 6- good action, and good story line.

Blazing Angels 2 is ok for the flying around and destroying things.
