Flight Simulator 2004 add-ons question?

I got Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight. On www.ign.com it says that that are about 8-9 add-ons for this game. I want to know if the add-ons like"Flight Deck Version 4.0" are whole separate games or if they load the planes and ships or whatever is in that game into Flight Simulator. I just don't want to spend my money on a game that i won't even play

NO they are just an addon to the game really, like scenery. They are not a seperate game. It loads your plane onto the ship... If you want freeware addons however such as planes or scenery area you can go to library.avsim.net and simviation.com which offer THOUSANDS of Downloads all Free. (Simviation is limited to 30KB/S on Downloads so if you want a large file go to library.avsim.net or for the best freeware planes go to www.ifdg.com or www.projectopnesky.comFlight Simulator 2004 add-ons question?
