Which ultra-realistic flight comabat simulator is easiest to learn and play?

Of all the reasonably modern and highly realistic (within last 5 years or so) flight simulation combat games which one is the easiest to learn and play.



I don't mind whether it is modern planes or older ones.



It should be the one that simulates the plane that is easiest to fly in real life.



Of course, I realise none of them will be that easy.
