How can you make good video in Flight Simulator X?

I've been trying to make some videos of Microsoft flight Simulator X but my camera isn't working very well. I know about the flight video feature in the game but i can't seem to access it outside of the game or in Windows Movie Maker. Is there a better way to create video and have it work well in Movie Maker?

PS - by better I mean you can see the video clearly and not have the quality from a handheld camera
