I have Flight Simulator X. The game will load, but when I go to take off the plane turns right.?

I will take out the joystick and this problem still happens. I removed the game for the computer and then reinstalled it. The game at one point worked great. Any help would be appreciated thanks!I have Flight Simulator X. The game will load, but when I go to take off the plane turns right.?
I think this has happened to me once. I just Unistalled my Joystick software then reinstalled and it worked for me.
