What Flight Simulator game lets me practice different maneuvers without listening to the instructor each time?

I have Flight Simulator 2004 and I just want to practice the maneuvering. But I have to wait for the instruction to be over before I can practice. I was wondering if Flight Simulator X let's me jump straight into the stuff I want to practice like turns, climbing, takeoff, taxiing, etc. But I don't want to go through a whole solo before I get to practice turning or leveling out etc. Can I turn this off on the FS 2004 vesion I have?What Flight Simulator game lets me practice different maneuvers without listening to the instructor each time?
i skipped fs 2004 and have fs x and id u want to learn there quite a few tutorial vidios to learn from plus the lessons from rod u cand prctice flying any place,time,weather,aircraft in free flight mode so i sugest doing the lesson from rod then going to free flight mode with the same aircraft and if you dont want to take off use slew to get to a few thousand feet up the practice whatever u want there but im not sure what 2004 has but it must have free flight but fsx is a truly ausome simulator for the beginer though expert so if u can afford it get fsx or fsx deluxe i have deluxe
