As everyone said, in games, the graphics card is about the most important thing. Edit the question to put in the make and model of the graphics card. (If the computer is cheap, it's probably an Intel business class card, so not much good for gaming, but if it's cheap enough, adding a $200 video card will bring you to the best.)
Yes, the game will run....but that video card is seriously dated, and is "minimum" for what the game will play. I'd suggest getting a better video card (128MB ones are fairly cheap nowadays) but the game would run.What can you tell me about this computer?? it is fast enough to play games like flight simulator X?

No you need a graphics card. 4gb of ram is good, but what kind of ram? DDR, DDR2, DDR3? The processor is a bit slow as well.
