How do you put down the landing gear on Flight Simulator X?

I got the game Flight Simulator x and whenever i try to go and land i crash because i cant get the landing gear out. Is there a way to do it or should it do it by itself or what??How do you put down the landing gear on Flight Simulator X?

In the cockpit, Look for a Nob like a small wheel. use your mouse. move it down for gear down and move it up for gear up.



But if, you have taken off, you had to use that nob to bring the gear in the first place. so move that nob down @ the wire. aka ILS Outer marker. a mile or so out from the runway.
