What is the newest and best microsoft flight simulator game, and the best and cheapest joy stick for it?

What is the newest and best microsoft flight simulator game out for pc, and the best and cheapest joy stick for it that is prefurably under 拢20 and from somwhere like amazon, game, hmv and play.com etc. What is the newest and best microsoft flight simulator game, and the best and cheapest joy stick for it?
If you are new to flight simming then FSX by Microsoft is the best flight sim, if you are an old pro, try X-Plane, it will even give you a chance to engineer your own aircraft.

Again if you are new to flight simming then Logitech's Extreme 3 D pro joy stick goes nice with the FSX software. After you become an old pro you'll want to investigate Saitek's joysticks, power panel/pedal packages and even more advanced hardware. Join FlightSim.com (it's free) and you'll have a great resource for many of your future questions

Be sure to get any and all updates to the flight sim software and your operating systems. FSX requires a rather high end computer and top level video card to run very well, ...and Window's vista, at least the home delux version or above.

If you can find a copy of Microsoft's previous version of MS Flight Simulator, version 9 (2004), it runs great on most computers of that vintage running Window's XP. and is almost as good as FSX, in my opinion.

Hope some of this helps, enjoy! What is the newest and best microsoft flight simulator game, and the best and cheapest joy stick for it?
The newest Microsoft Flight Simulator is Flight Simulator X. Weather or not it is the "best" Microsoft Flight Simulator version is an on-going debate. Flight Simulator X Deluxe is the basic full version you purchase and 2 service packs for FSX are available for free download if you want them. An expansion pack for FSX called Acceleration is now also available for purchase if you want it. FSX requires some "beefy" hardware in your PC to run it well...the "minimum requirements" listed on the box won't do it well. Joysticks are a personal preference, but I've been using a LOGITECH EXTREME 3D PRO joystick and I haven't had a problem with it. It cost about 25 dollars US and is available at most retailers.
