Well, You can make your own Airport.

You need to download a program called "Airport design tool"

From the one of the many Flight sim web sites. Most under Misc or Utilities.

Most people download from sites and place them in the right folder('s). for pre made add on's.

Flight sim has every Airport in the world already, But a few people made Private Strips for what they wanted. It's not sim city. Most Up date to get it looking like the real world.
