Flight simulator..............?

how do i get downloaded planes into the actual game. i have downloaded the plane but dont know how to get it into the game. i have flight simulator 4. keep in mind i have windows vistaFlight simulator..............?
Lol, I have trouble with that too. The good plane designers have a readme in the zip file. The basic idea is that you just uncompress the zip file and drag and drop into the correct folders in the game.
