What's the most realistic "flight simulator" style video game, (especially military aircrafts video games)?

I know that no video game can be the same as a real flight simulator, because there is no Playstation or X-Box with a "plane cockpit" option, and a joystick can't replace the hundreds of buttons that a pilot must use, but is there a videogame that is kinda "close" to the real flight experience?

Like the above answer, X-Plane is pretty amazing, it's pretty realistic, it was made to test flight models(probably not final testing, not sure) and its scenery is amazing, plus you have aircraft ranging from gliders to the space shuttle, you won't be disapointed with it.
Well In terms of Scenery and Stuff I would go with Blazing Angels but , with the realistic controls and everything theres is Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator where your sent on loads of Missions and its very realistic with the controls and cockpit. Also you wont get far with playing these games on Xbox Or PlayStation most of the Flight Simulator Stuff are on PC and thats why all the flight simmers know PC is best.

Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane from Laminar Research are both excellent, serious flight simulators for desktop computers. They don't count "officially" for training with the FAA in their usual configurations, but they are still excellent learning and training tools and are widely used by both individual pilots and student pilots and by some flight schools, and even the military in some cases.
DCS Blackshark is one of the most realistic games I know. Extremely challenging, but maintaining a fast paced and tactical situation. Check it out,
