How bout Microsoft's Combat Flight Simulator series? It has ww2 planes.

I've never played combat flight simulator but it looks good. you could also get fs2002 or 2004 and download WWII planes for it. There's also blazing angels, but its not much of a simulator and more of an arcade-ish game.
